• Zero Middlemen: We provide contact details (Phone, WhatsApp, Address) to facilitate direct communication.
• No Commission: We do not charge any commission on transactions between users and businesses listed on our platform.

2. Information Accuracy & Verification

• 100% Verified Focus: While we strive for "100% Verified Details," information is provided by business owners or gathered from public records.
• User Responsibility: Users are encouraged to verify the current status, pricing, and availability of services directly with the business before visiting or making payments.
• Updates: Business owners are responsible for notifying SahiPata of any changes to their contact details or physical location.

3. Direct Transactions & Liability

• Third-Party Services: Any agreement, purchase, or medical consultation resulting from a listing on SahiPata is strictly between the User and the Business/Service Provider.
• No Endorsement: Listing a business on SahiPata does not imply an endorsement of the quality of their products or services.
• Limitation of Liability: SahiPata (Moolam Innovations Private Limited) shall not be held liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions or interactions between users and listed businesses.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users and Business Owners agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Use the directory to scrape data for spamming or telemarketing purposes.
• Impersonate any person or business.
• Post content that is offensive, illegal, or violates the "Vocal for Local" community spirit.

5. Listing Removal & Modification

We reserve the right to:

• Edit or remove any listing that is found to be inaccurate, inactive, or in violation of these terms.
• Suspend access to the website for any user who misuses the platform.
